1. Use of the site

emdashkit.dev is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Booking a call or submitting the contact form does not create an engagement; engagements begin only when a written statement of work is signed.

2. Consulting engagements

Per-engagement terms (scope, payment, IP, confidentiality, indemnification) live in the signed statement of work. The Investment section on each service detail page lists starting prices only; final scope and price are set after the intro call.

3. Content ownership

You own everything we build for you. Reusable patterns and open-source plugins we publish stay public under the licenses noted in their repositories. We don't claim ownership over your content, your stack, or your domain.

4. Liability

OC WEBFIRM's liability for any engagement is capped at fees paid for that engagement. We carry standard professional liability insurance.

5. Open-source disclaimers

Any plugins, templates, examples, or reusable materials we publish are provided under their stated licenses with no warranty unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

6. Changes

We will update this page when we change anything material. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
